Poor bed service, dirty bed quality, non-comfortable bed.

The hotel was shady, and its rooms were equally questionable.

service good,but I was early check in not good I was early in hotel room available but not provided room because I online booking.this service not satisfied.

The washroom was not clean n the hotel staff were not supportive n haven’t provide any dental kit n all

The accommodation is very poor the rooms are not as advertised and no food at all

The location is excellent as its near bus station but there are a couple of improvements that can be done. Washrooms and beds should be clean at least. They were just stinging very badly.

The fan only works at high speed or turns off—there’s no intermediate setting. The washroom door doesn’t close properly. The bed sheet and blankets were dirty, and the water was only slightly warm instead of properly hot. However, the manager was cooperative and tried to assist with the issues. But rooms surely needs improvement

very nice room, well maintained cleaned rooms staff so friendly, receptionist is also good

Room is big but not a window is there so suffocation is occurred on that room.

The hotelier firstly was not ready to give room, after giving found that it was a dormitory but the mattress was too dirty and the hotelier was not even ready to give any bedsheets and Hence finally we left hotel. we requested for 1 night refund but he was not ready for that. worst experience ever. expecting full refund

Room was dirty and smaleing and bath room was not claen. Not stay-able room

i recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was very disappointing. the walls had stains and one of the windows was broken, allowing mosquitoes and flies to enter the room. there was a foul smell coming from the bed and clothes provided, which made the stay very uncomfortable. electricity was going frequently and there was no generator backup. the curtains were extremely dirty, and overall hygiene was not maintained. the place felt unsecured — it seemed like someone was constantly watching, which made me feel unsafe. i would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety.
