The hotelier firstly was not ready to give room, after giving found that it was a dormitory but the mattress was too dirty and the hotelier was not even ready to give any bedsheets and Hence finally we left hotel. we requested for 1 night refund but he was not ready for that. worst experience ever. expecting full refund

Room was dirty and smaleing and bath room was not claen. Not stay-able room

i recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was very disappointing. the walls had stains and one of the windows was broken, allowing mosquitoes and flies to enter the room. there was a foul smell coming from the bed and clothes provided, which made the stay very uncomfortable. electricity was going frequently and there was no generator backup. the curtains were extremely dirty, and overall hygiene was not maintained. the place felt unsecured — it seemed like someone was constantly watching, which made me feel unsafe. i would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety.

horrible room condition and moisture in all wall side or bed also. No ventilation in room. I said to hotal rajpal honour again and again but he deny to provide another room then I skip their hotel and went to the another hotel @10.38pm . soo tooo bad hotel experience in my life. DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IN ANY CONDITION#

property is situated at good location near Udaipur Bus Stand, but the Rooms are not good, Toilet was in very poor condition, Lift not working, infact the Hotel Madurai next to this hotel is Superb like Rooms are clean, service is good, lift is working.

Good space in rooms, we are find easily locations and fast service any hing else u want like service regarding.

We booked dormitory. Provided a hall with uncleaned bed and bedsheet. Bathroom was also very dirty.

photos and rooms are very different. very bad smell in both the rooms.

It was the worst hotel experience In my life. I just checked into the hotel but did not stay in the hotel. It was a dirty hotel more than the government toilet. I booked another hotel and stayed there.

Service is not good, room was terrible not clean, window was broken, not a satisfactory stay, wall was also not clean and cheap,

Most of the time when i came to my room the electricity was not working the hot water was also not coming. So every time i need to tell the person i am facing some issue then they resolve the issue.

the rooms were totally not as described as the photos, very terrible rooms & hygeine of the rooms. some water dripping sound comes in the room all night.

The room was ok. It has very old furniture and the building is also very old. A decent budget stay who just wants a room to sleep and get refresh

Our experience is very bad. Dirtiest room and bathroom. Poor service and rude behavior. They are don't give dormetries for ladies. Pay extra cash for room. We booked 2 days dormetries. But they don't give them. Second day they don't give room. Asking extra money. So we spend 10 hours in railway waiting room. I am telling dont book this hotel.
