Pathetic valet service. The guard and valet were not helpful at all, and I had to wait 30–45 minutes for my car.

The stay was amazing , staff is super helpful. Breakfast at their restaurant is mind blowing as even if you opt for their buffet burger, it has live kitchen. Tulsi at restaurant was amazing.

Amazing stay, beautiful rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the hustle bustle of the city centre but still close by at a walking distance.

Absolutely stunning property, the staffs were extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. The vibes are immaculate, the food is delicious. 10 on 10 experience, loved every corner of this beautiful property. If i visit Udaipur ever again will undoubtedly book this property in a heartbeat.

Had a lovely stay! The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. All the facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and nicely kept throughout.

The location is amazing! Right in the heart of old city. Easy access to places there with a short ride in an auto. The property is stunning. They have done a great job making a modern property while preserving the spirit and essence of the haweli! The staff are friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Food is pretty good too.

The best part of our Udaipur stay is this hotel. Located centrally and service is really good. Food is decent.

Room was not good there was less lighting and i had to change my first room because there was leakage in my room they changed my room but same less lighting

Excellent place to stay. Superb location. Delicious food. Lovely ambience. Good amenities. Staff were very efficient and all services were up to mark.

My partner got food poisoning from eating a simple Dal-rice at Manuscript. Things got so bad that once we returned home, she had to be given IV drip because she was severely dehydrated from vomiting throughout the previous night from the food. Some pros were that the location was good and the rooms were nice.

Two blissful nights at a stunning hotel right next to the majestic city palace! the beautifully built property, impeccable service, and cleanliness made our stay truly memorable.
