Hotel O Townhall

Room was not cleaned they provided used towel. Very bad experience from receptionist. Air condition mentioned while booking but they not provided it

We reached oyo at mid night 2 and we booked but they are not accepting even though they have enough booking details with them which are matching with my booking details. After arguments they allow us to stay. That was worst experience in this hotel.

I had booked this hotel had had even paid. When i went there manager asked me rs. 500 extra more which doesnt worth at all and behaved rudely. Never ever book this hotel. Worst experience ever

I paid for my relative’s stay at the hotel, they reached around 1 am and they were told (no hotels provide rooms at the price), they were told to pay 1200 or find somewhere else. I was charged double.

Asking more money from the customers. And also not allowing couples. There is no cleaness in room there is no hospitality.

They have taken extra money 300- for per day.I have booked for three days and they took 900 extra from me apart from me which I have already make

Booked a room with a/c but at check in we found that the room had ac but the remote to operate will not be given (i still don't know why. Room was unhygienic, the wash room was unclean, bed spreads were torn and dirty. My suggestion to other travellers is to find other options
