The stay was comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The location was also easy to find, and I really liked these rooms. Thank you so much.

Rooms were very dirty. Cockroaches everywhere and lizards as well. Bathroom was stained and dirty plus all the fitting were rusted.

I need bill for the stay from 12th to 14th August

room cleanilness is very poor, Bathroom cleanliness is also very poor, health faucet not working, bed sheet was used the same previous one not changed,insects are in the room. not worth for this price. attitude of the receptionist is also not good when we arrive they are playing in mobile not giving welcome approach as guest. only positive thing is Location is good.

Felt bery unsafe someone was constantly knocking the door at night. Will never book a stay here again

We had made full payment in advance to MakeMyTrip for hassle free services who is India's leading player. Unfortunately upon his arrival at hotel around 12:15AM on 11th Jul, informed that hotel is totally fully booked on immediate basis he called to make my trip customer services and he told them the same issues, Make My trip customer had given guarantee that problem will be resolved within 15min but they kept him on holding until 04:00am then refer to another hotel which is called Hotel O T Nagar Bus terminal and not even provided transfer to the hotel, It was deserted side street not even single person, this was not only deeply inconvenient but also extremely distressing as the location felt unsafe and dangerous, he was left completely alone without any assistance and he had to walk of dragging his bag because there was not even paid transfer. again another unfortunately he reached at provided Hotel O T Nagar Bus terminal location then he found the hotel does not existing here not even anywhere then again he called to MakeMy trip customer services and refer to once again new hotel very shitty hotel (Hotel O Pride Hospitality) that too late around 06:00am on 11th July. A full explanation of why the booking was not in the hotel after made the payment An immediate refund/compensation & with good hotel stay otherwise this scammed will be circulated in entire travel fraternity in Indian and overseas also. Assurance that your team will review this issue seriously to avoid it to future guests

The WORST HOTEL EVER! No glass, COCKROACH EVERYWHERE, BEDBUGS, Dirty Bathrooms, AC doesn’t Work and DIRTY BED SPREADS

Property location is good but room and washroom are dirty… AC not working properly I’m told hotel staff every time during my stay in hotel his asking me i will check and his check but problem not slow…. So i can’t stay next time in this hotel…. Thank you

The room is very bad

Booked for 26th night. When guest want for checkin, they said no rooms I have to beg to get a non ac room. They are not even bothered to say sorry

full of cockroaches, half broken television, even basic things are missing. highly not recommended. waste of money

Bugs on the bed, water leakage from the AC, not provided any eminities in the toliet, not even hand-wash lol, poor maintenance

as mentioned to MMT customer service yesterday. Room was filthy and gutter like smell was there. Entire hotel was infested with cockroaches roaming freely in bed even. The manager is idiotically rude. Even though I changed the room, the room given was worse.I myself went outside and bought a Mortin Hit to spray in the room. filthy room, idiot staff. worst experience ever.

My experience was not good. There were cockroaches all around in the room. The flush, taps and shower were not working. Bedsheets were sticky and foul smell was coming. The buckets and mug were sticky. In the passage smoking smell was coming. Not ideal for couple and family. The receptionist had nothing to do with your concerns. Water they provided was not good. Terrific experience.

Location is good, very near to Pondy bazaar promenade. only A couple of cars can be parked in front of the hotel. However, the whole area is quite dusty and parking the vehicle overnight can lead to a big layer of dust on the vehicle. Staff is good and kind. Only thing is that there are no hangers or proper closet available to hang your clothes. We did saw a few cockroaches coming out of the bathroom, hygiene needs to be better. Room size is decent and there’s not much disturbance from vehicular traffic noise.

Stay was good. Nice rooms and nice location. Great to stay here. Looking forward to stay more in this hotel.
