Horrible Stay and Experience I stayed with my parents and from the beginning the following Experience we felt: 1. Not clean at all- They have handed over the smelling room with not at all clean , as if we are staying there for free !! 2. Rude behavior of lady receptionist in the counter and not at all listings staff but they have displayed "our customer is god for Us " as there value. 3. Not even matching with Make My Trip conditions- outside food not allowed and we couldn't able to extend our stay for 1 hour as they are asking for extra charge. Please i request you don't go to this hotel ever in your life

One of my friend suggested me regarding this hotel location was good and very comfortable for working people but There is no cleanliness here, nor is there any good service, nor are there any facilities.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at LockLock Hotel, which I had booked through MMT. The service and condition of the room were extremely poor and unacceptable. No drinking water bottle was provided in the room The AC was not working The room phone was dead The walls were damp The bedsheet was dirty I have booked many times via MMT in the past, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I request you to take strict action against the hotel and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused. Otherwise, I will have to stop using MMT for future bookings.

Everything worked perfectly throughout stay. Room maintenance was excellent quality. Staff responded quickly to any requests.

I had 100% refundable cancelation till 12p. M. They got us waiting and after 12 pm they started the check in process and told us that we have to pay extra 515- to check in. Rooms are not properly cleaned, wet floor, small bed, food was bellow average and comparatively costly. Rooms are also not value for money. Recommended to avoid booking this hotel.

I did my booking and made my payment and during checking in they said that they are sold out and didn't allowed to check in

The room is not good at all. It was not properly cleaned. There was dirt on the floor. They charged 40 rs for a 20 rs mrp water bottle. I will never recommend this hotel.

Nice experience overall. Well furnished clean rooms and washrooms. Safety and hygiene was upto the mark!
