There is no cover on pillows and blankets and no almirahs and most important thing washroom is very dirty also bed sheets are very dirty

I book this hotel through make my trip spp and make full payment during booking. But this was a horrible experience. Hotel diamond inn took extra charges from me on behalf of make my trip. When i compnain it to make my trip app they do nothing
