hotel manager behaviour was very rude, bedecover , and towels was tone and bed was full of duty spots. it was a horeble to stay.

The location of the hotel is very helpful. Gariahat market is just in walking distance and also the auto and buses are available near the hotel. All the staffs are very cooperative. Although the experience for the room is not so good. Bad smell is coming out from the bathroom perhaps from the suage and one geyser was not working in one of our booked room. Overall it's a good experience.

Room no 102 was good but room no 201 there was problem with the geyser but the hotel captain didi not bother to rectify.

This hotel is good and the behaviour of the staff is satisfied. Little maintenance is required for this hotel.

Property is little bid poor but hotel staf are very good. Outside food is allowed that's very good thing

1. The room that was provided during checkin was very small, unkept with no table, no chair & bathroom was also broken. No hot water even though geyser was provided. 2. The room pic shown based on which booking was done, a different small room was provided which did not have any of the options mentioned. 3. In property they mentioned they have wifi but that only works on ground floor & not in the upper floors, where i was given the room. It was difficult for me to do my official work due to lack of wifi facility. 4. When booking the room, i had select "breakfast included. But during checkout i was told that breakfast amount needs to be paid as in the rate the room was booked, breakfast is not complimentary. 5. Overall property look & feel is very poor. I would not prefer to got o such place ever.

Asked for extra money during check in though i paid through mmt. Plus night service was too bad and kitchen was closed

Hotel denied us room even after mm t confirmed our stay in south fern though we had prepaid our stay.

It was difficult in finding the way towards Hotel. The room was good and all the facilities given in room was working properly. At last I would say that it was a fine and good stay.

The manager at the Hotel is extremely rude. Other than him all other support staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small with poor ventilation and cleanliness.

Hotel staff behaviour was not good, cleanliness average, location was good, value of money is not so good

Only rooms are large. Others all are negative. They asked to pay full in check-in. No complimentary water bottle. They don't have any stay scope of service. For everything, I have asked. Secondly after informing they change towel. The doorbell was not working. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working for three days. After repeat inform. They didn't changed the bed sheet the next day. Breakfast quality and quantity both low. Their tea cup handle is so small, due to that cup slipped and droplet tea falls on the bed for which they charged from me. So for everything this property is not considerable.

Staff was very rude, not at all professional. Delayed check-in also. And breakfast served was stale and we returned the sabji because it was smelling and they charged even for that stale food. The hotel did not provide bills with the hotel stamp on it. Overall, would not recommend it to anyone. Just the location is good but very bad service and behavior.

Pleasant stay and was surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and bed made. All in all a nice stay.
