This hotel is located close to Park Street and is with easy access to multiple tourist attractions. We had a twin bed room which was clean and sufficiently well furnished. Staff members were very friendly and helpful and service was excellent. Food was good too.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell and the door had a faulty lock. It took a couple of attempts to ensure that it stayed locked. Visitors to this hotel should keep in mind that this hotel is in a low lying area and when it rains the whole are becomes waterlogged for hours

I had a wonderful stay here The room was quite deluxe, with fresh, clean bedsheets and a pleasant fragrance that made it feel welcoming right away. All the amenities were in place—from coffee and tea-making facilities to a mini fridge, proper TV connections, and consistent hot and cold water. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room service was excellent—very helpful and prompt throughout our stay. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. The rooms were spotless, and everything was well-maintained. On top of that, the food was great—delicious and satisfying. Overall, it was a truly beautiful and comfortable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

The location is ideal—from Park Street, key attractions like Victoria Memorial, and the metro station. It offers fantastic value for money. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its good quality and daily changing menu. Highly recommend this property, and I look forward to coming back!
