Room and Bathroom is Clean , but No Tissue paper, Soap or Shampoo Provided. Only one Mat there for bathroom, No Mat in in bed side. Reception on Top Floor. No Phone on Room, A Person Give his Phone Number and Told if any problem then call him. The stay was good. Room was good. But, hospitality could have been better. None of the other guests had any problem and neither did we create a huge noise in the room, just as much as friends would do was done. However, we were interrupted twice by the guard just because he was unable to sleep. Also, was not allowed to late check out just for 2 hours even when most of their rooms were empty and i checked in much late on the arrival date as my train was late by 12 hours. Still they did not allow even if they could.

A good budget hotel to stay at prime location of kolkata. Rooms are neat and tidy. Even though building is old ( may be 60-70 years old construction, maintained well. Only draw back is front desk. It is not in front but on the roof of top floor! looks like joke but it is fact. Desk is not professionally managed. Two people sitting there with a big registry over a teapoy! even though people are good, you feel suspicious about the authenticity of hotel there! there is a room service boy named samir roy - who is really good and very prompt in service and so lift operator who is also very humble and a good person. My overall experience is good.

Staff are rude behaviour.

I stayed 4 nights at sunflower guesthouse. Immaculately clean rooms and bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pleasant stay with good experience. Stayed over with family. Location is very good and walking distance to park street. Condition of the room is average but okay for sleepover. Peaceful and no disturbance.

All the facilities are adequate as per price. Cleanliness is good. The people are helpful. Also the place is easily accessible.

The hotel is ideally located for metro, city life, visit to other places. Romms r good, clean, sevice is good.

This is guest house not hotel here no room service and at least one bottle water not keep in room bathroom very old type bed sheet and towel very poor everything not good

Pleasent stay but the manager asked for marriage certificate which was little bit shocking. Otherwise everything was fine.

Ok experience for reasonable ac ac rooms. Room service staves are also good. One must go for these guest house for having accommodation at esplanade.

The staff was good. The room was also clean and i got the best deal in cheap price. I will prefer who is looking for cheap rate and good quality hotel go ahead with this

Nice room and clean, stay with family and friends we booked 2 rooms for 6 person and 1 child, double beded 2 room provided, there no extra bed provided for child (although mentioned that on room including extra bed)

It's a average hotel. The interior is good. But we found a tarantula there.

The guesthouse is clean. The rooms are good, airy and well set. The staff is responsive but you have to ask for things. The rooftop is good place to hang out. The property is situated in a posh area.
