Saanti violas is placed in a good location. It is located just opposite to the lake market & lake mall. Gariahat more a busy market area is just 20 minutes walk.

Mm t this is unethical. Do not leech off customers especially in times of a pandemic

I always like to stay in this whenever is visit Kolkata.

Hotel location is good. It is just in front of Lake mall. Cleanliness is good. Hotel staffs are well mannered. Scope of Improvement in breakfast.

Average stay experience. Ok for use only if using for sleeping for the night.

Check in substantially delayed. Provided room only at 5.45 Pm and not at 10.00 am. Discourteous and rude front office manager. Despite such delay, refused to give extended check out beyond scheduled time even by couple of hours.

Amenities were very limited like soap is of very cheap quality. Towel is very old.

The stay at the hotel was very pathetic and the manager didn't even knew about my booking done through MakeMyTrip and after denying for a while for room I was provided with a room. The bed linen was dirty and even after request for change it was not changed. The manager was very rude and rough in his talks. There were red ants all around the bed and over the toilet seat in bathroom. The bathroom was very smelly. Many people were smoking on the stairs outside of their room and the whole atmosphere was very smoky and smelly. Not at all recommended for stay in the said hotel.

It was a good experience. Simple and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Very good location. Good for short business stays. Public transport is accessible and aplenty. Shopping & Malls are also nearby. Thanks.

The hotel is near to kalighat metro and location is excellent. Just opposite of lake mall. Room is very clean. Service also good. Behaviour of receptionist very polite but no food options in hotel. Over all it's a very good experience. I recommend this hotel for people.

After long search and Reading reviews, I booked this hotel for my parents and it was worth. Hotel is located in main market area with all mode of commute available at walking distance like Metro, Taxi, Auto even Tram and good connectivity to Railway station and Airport. Room was well spaced, clean with all facilities and friendly management. Best place and location to stay if you travelling with family and friends on vacation that too in very budgeted price.

Hotel is good service is also good but restaurant fecilty is not available that's it. As per price service is good and only make my trip give us good price and other hotel booking site not provide us good price.

This hotel is in a perfect location for Durga puja and also roam around Kolkata. Near to Kalighat metro station. But this place is pretty basic not too much jazz. I would recommend this hotel if your travelling with your family. Thanks
