Decent stay, room was good clean. Location was excellent but vegetable and chicken mirket is located just front of hotel. Bad smell was coming all the time from chicken market.

A nightmarish experienc

We refused to check in by seeing the surroundings and environment of the hotel. 1. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of a busy market place, opposite the biggest fish market in Kolkata. 2. We had to trip over vegetable vendors to enter the hotel. 3. The only staff who came down upon calling several times was in shorts, 5. We, the senior citizens didn't feel staying in that hotel.

The location of the property is great, the staff is very well behaved & helpful, the washroom was clean & tidy, I wish the condition of the room was a little better, the walls were old, the sheets & covers were old, & the room size is extremely small, its good for a few days if the location is a priority.
