Hotel Kempton

Good stay at Kolkata, room size is decent , had a solo business travel trip and my stay with them was decent. Breakfast buffet was good but request to add more healthy options to choose from.

Location of the hotel was very good. Staff was good and polite as well . The property is old construction so the bathrooms are bit old types. The morning breakfast spread was good . Overall I like the stay as we were there to roam around which was easy given the location . You can get taxis or auto very easily as well. Overall a good stay.

The room was nice and spacious, and the AC worked well (it's a centralized system). The main issue was the restaurant's service hours: they were quite strict, and you couldn't order things like lunch until later, for instance, not before 1:00 PM. On a positive note, the staff was really helpful.

Very disappointing stay. I paid for a premium room, but it looked like an average one. The bed was just two singles joined together, very uncomfortable, and the washroom was below standard. Overall, not worth the price and highly unsatisfactory.

location is good..nearer to park street,hotel the park, tantra, trinkas club restro n all..hotel ambience food are delicious..but not satisfied with room amenities.. instead of minibar they hv refrigerator.. compact washroom..room interior is poor..no hair dryer which are are basic facilities in this price or a 3-4 star hotel..but the staffs are cordial helping too.it was a 4 days stay.. overall good experience

location nearer to New market, so good for marketing, breakfast included and also food at reasonable rate and tasty, all amenities available like wi fi.
