The 12 Square Salt Lake

This property is at good location but it's not a hotel it's a service apartment. No resturant or service available inside. It's very inconvenient to go out for all food related needs. Overpriced considering service apartment. I have stayed in nearby area 3 star hotels with same or less cost but this time it's a wrong choice. Hotel information on should be updated with realistic data.

Worth the money.. good experience.. the room was very clean and tidy... loved the view.. staffs were also cooperative

Location is Not good, Difficult to get immediate CAB. Also, not a proper restaurant near the hotel. Room service was not good very little staff kept. Not a Single basic facility available in the hotel. Only Rooms & Cleanness are there. Even food needs to be brought through Zomato Only.

there is no food and rooms are cozy and good one. pricing was also good enough. bathrooms are nicely built.

Salt water lake location is good room was good people were polite and behaved well..but i had to order food from outside if there was a restaurant within the per premises it would have been much better

overall, this property will provide a pleasant stay. the area is not crowded and there are shops & restaurants nearby. few important points to note for this property - 1. the property will give you some guest house vibes with entry and exit timings 2. it does not have an in-house kitchen; so, no food is available there (in-room or restaurant both unavailable) - you can get food delivered via Swiggy or Zomato to your room though

Stayed here for a short trip and really enjoyed it. The room was small but nicely done and had a relaxing vibe. The location is super convenient—everything I needed was nearby.
