The Hotel staff was polite and friendly. The location was good. The food was a little costly. Room service and cleaning was very good.

overall the experience was good rooms were big just a bit worn out staff was responsive location is good to explore park street few suggestions the breakfast menu needs some new options if possible the lift have smells so better they have freshers sprayed regularly to give the approach to room a plesent smell rest all was ok

Good location and surrounding with main places like Victoria Palace. Food, location and amenities are good Walkable distance for US Consulate Embassy Great Night vibes like party, pub and club but for family or peace it will not be suitable

stayed for 1 day in Aug 25. The hotel is located in inner lane on park street. The hotel lobby is not what your expect from a good hotel. It caters to 2 major night clubs and these make lot of sound in late night on 4th floor. Not recommended to family

there were bed bugs and my friend has got all rashes on her body she has not clicked photo. but never going back to this hotel

Rooms are not clean and maintained. Bad smell in lobby area. There is pub i hotel, whole room and windows virbrate die to music bass. Could not able to sleep due to noise

The hotel is extremely shabby. Torn and tattered upholstery. Dirty windows. Hardly any amenities provided at the cost of the room. Basic amenities missing for that kind of price. Furniture is also worn out. All in all, a very unhappy and unpleasant stay and definitely not worth my money.

Location - Very good Checkin experience - Good Checkout experience - Good Room standard - Average Amenities in room - Average Lot of noise in the room due to loud music from the light club on the ground floor. It is very annoying and difficult to sleep as it goes on the whole night.

Property is centrally located - shares a common entrance to Jannat club and -clubs - feels like u r entering a club - they offered me a room that smelled with tobacco smoke and upon request adjusted to another one at end - reception front staff are pretty helpful and comfortable - late night could feel honk and sounds of cars exiting from club that was disturbing even to a room in fourth floor - breakfast was great which was arranged in terrace restaurant - don’t recommend it unless u r keen to go to us embassy nearby

Room was good and breakfast was not good and below average. Chutney was left over from previous day kept in fridge and served next day morning.

Location is good. Small hotel surrounded by several clubs. Bouncers everywhere at night. Room and food -ok.
