Hotel O Ruby Grand Inn

As per the guest that I'd booked for - this was not as nice as the images depicted. Also, there was no free breakfast provided.

Dirty property, like the walls were dirty. They took 300 more when i reached the property to give me a room even when i paid full amount Power sockets were not working, only one was working that was far away from the bed. The bathroom had exhaust fan and a geyser but both weren't working.

That's very horrible experience

The room is neat and clean. It's the best place to stay near gachibowli dlf street. The service is also excellent

On arrival owner said we do not give you non ac room, all rooms are booked. How is that possible, when there is no room available, how make my trip had done the booking when no room is available. They charged us rs 500 extra and give ac room. We feel cheated both by make my trip and hotel.

After getting there they will ask u to pay extra. And maintainence is average. Not so comfortable but ok.

I was told that they cant provide rooms that cheap after pre-booking it. So i had to cancel my booking to another place.

They have charged extra 1120 and provided non ac room

They charged for more even after my booking is confirmed. They charged me more than the double amount

Washroom commode is broken and window glass is missing in washroom. I have not taken images.

I had a very bad experience, after a travel of around 25+ hours the hotel staff was not helping me check in and i had to wait for 1 hour after that they even charged me 400 rupees extra. The connection of the pipeline to the wash basin was broken, cockroaches were there in my room.

the price is changed and we have suffer for that issue. they ask us to pay extra amount. to stay in hotel. so what is the use in the review🤷🏼‍♂️

Did not allowed me to check in due to price issue

I was given a well illuminated room after a fast check-in process. Rooms have all the basic amenities required. Hygiene and safety protocols were strictly followed by the staff members. A great place to visit.

Lack of facilities at hotel breakfast was not provided, no drinking water was provided, early in the morning hotel of out of water took 30 minutes t be back overall experience was not good

There was no single thing is good. All are really very poor conditions. It's really a very bad experience.

No proper mobile network and wifi network too, even though rude reply of reception staff, unhygienic washroom

The hotel in reality is way different than what is shown. The bed sheet had some type of patches, tube light was half working, washroom taps were not working, no shower fixture. I was expecting there will basic toiletries, cleaned towels. Lift seems similar to cranky lifts in horror movies. Reality is worst. For consolation, the guy in reception was of great help even i reached late hour.

We booked a/c room & when we arrived they provided non a/c room, too many mosquitos too, bathrooms were not hygienic & taps were old.
