Nice place and nice location to stay at Bhawanipur Area. Rooms are neat and clean I stayed In family rooms it's very nice and cozy. You will get good breakfast in Hotel and also has lots of options around hotel to get food. For Lunch/Dinner you have to go outside.

The deal was value for money but considering the rate charged would expect few more benefits as I have got the same while staying in other hotels in the same price range. I had requested for an extra blanket but was not available. To my understanding there were rooms vacant from where this could have been given. For a charge but they didn't. I was ready to pay but my request was ignored. The TV remote was not working. Had to request to get this sorted. The window in the bathroom was broken and could not be locked. This is a major safety hazard.

Hotel location was good only a bit inside from main road but easily available through Google maps and had got clean room only breakfast served was average, the room had basic amenities and also service was good. They should improve on food quality. But overall it was good and worth money spend

I was booked family room but they given me single room and said you are single so stay in this room only, that room was very small and had too many doors in that room. You can't feel like privacy. Breakfat is also very limited and you don't have any option, this hotel don't have restaurent also. Hotel is situated very interior, you can't find ea sly. I m feeling cheated by book my show and hotel both . I can't suggest any one to stay here

The hotel is in Prime location, good service and friendly people .. The rooms were very clean, the services were prompt, the hotel is in residential area so its quiet and relaxing. Morning breakfast was also serve ... The rates are cheap and best .. I would love to visit again with my family and friends again.

Very unprofessional approach by the staff, complimentary was horrible .. Total disgusting, waste of money

Bathroom was smelly, not properly cleaned of floor water, lights were very dim. Only plus point is, it's location is very good where I need to go and move around in Bhavanipore, Elgin, Camac Street and Part street areas which are all walkable distances. But the minus point, its not easy for any new person to fond the hotel unless they search in Google maps. At times, there is high level of traffic noises coming from the road down below.

It was a nice average stay at hotel considering the low price location was perfect except some slum area back of the hotel staff cooperative but no kitchen round the clock otherwise value for money at this cheap rate.

I prepaid for booking this hotel, but on arrival I was detained for 3-4 hours saying that no mail has been received from MMT in connection to my booking.. In this world of digitalisation I was asked a print out of the booking done from my end.. The reception person was not interested to even see the booking confirmation mail on my Mobile. Pathetic experience! And above all MMT was not available over phone at midnight for resolution.
