Very bad experience at this property

Horrible experience. Hotel room was very dirty, bad smell in the washroom area. I request hotel staff to change my room because it’s on the ground floor and for the two windows it’s visible from the corridor area which is too scary too. I just take my bags and check out after that.

The behaviour to the customer is very rude...room service was very poor... rooms are not up to the mark according to their room charges....quite dirty also...doors are not operated properly.

It was an exceptional stay! the ambiance was really inviting.

Ac was leaking and room was close to reception. We were there for half the day and didn't mind running away from the place. Could be better

Rude behaviour after booking on line. I paid 417 rupees extra then i entered the room. No cooperation by hotel manager. Still i did not get 417 rupees bill from the hotel manager. Not recommended by me

Had a fantastic stay! the hotel's ambiance was great.

The magnificent beds and couches in the room made it very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and hot water in the spotless restrooms.

The hotel was just as described on the website, and it had all the amenities we could have wanted.

To the management team, many thanks. We were very happy with the arrangement since everything was set up to our preferences.

Special mention to their customer support who are helpful and patient in listening all my queries.

It is a remarkable place to visit. My room was very good and batheroom was very clean. Good to go. V

Room as not up to marks for extra money they will charge extra cost as compared to other property within 1km is comes in good price & amenities

i have booked when we reached there they are charging extra, saying we can't give you room in such rate. but we had suffered for 1.5 hours

hotel caretaker denied to give my room. then i called oyo customercare. oyo customercare told that they arranged for refund.so i have a pathetic condition then. then i have to booked room with extra money.
