They denied booking. They charged extra on the booking to provide a room. .

I booked through make my trip. After reaching there in the hotel they asked 500 rupees more. And they are not ready to give the invoice also. And the bed was so bad. The bedsheet i felt like not even cleaned. I got itching becouse of that.

1. I had booked 2 ac rooms. There was a room which did not had ac. On asking for ac room, hotel owner said no other room available. 2. Rooms were not hygienic. Bedsheets were torned, pillows and bedsheets were dirty. 3. The entrance of parking was extremely risky. There was risk to damage the car from down while parking the car. Due to this reason customers don't park their vehicles in the parking of the building. Instead customer prefer to park the car on the road side which involves risk too.

Never opt this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned. Blankets are full of marks, bathrooms are not cleaned, cigarette smell all over the room. Very bad experience.

Rooms were clean and neat but the owners practices are devious. Make my trip allowed be to book for rs 525/ night for 5 nights. When checking in the reception said there is a bug in the system and the rate is rs 799/night for single person or rs 1200 for a couple and i have to pay the difference of rs 1500 before i can check-in. I had no choice so i paid. I have read about similar experience from other customer comments. I think the owner is low-balling to attract customers while booking and then jacking up the price once you show up. I would not stay at a place with this kind of malicious practices.

They denied to give room by saying that we are not receiving bookings from mmt, though we had already booked, because it's registered with mmt. The only reason was, we have booked on offer whose price was less than their charges. Such stupid & ridiculous staff. That hotel should be delis-ted from mm t asap. We won't recommend anyone to go to this hotel. Totally waste.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst . I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity to ndls station. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst. I left the hotel before checkout date i am not able to stay even one day so i left the hotel

The hotel staff doesn't agree for discounts provided. they demand higher price for a better room. I denied to pay extra and they issued a room with AC not functioning, Bed sheets were not clean, TV not working, soaps, towels, shampoos were not provided. Bathroom was not clean. Overall terrible Stay.

They don't serve breakfast as they don't have any restaurant in the hotel. However i selected the booking with breakfast.
