Facilities are not proper,renovation work is ongoing which is not updated on website so not so good experience

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room allotted was completely different from what was shown at the time of booking. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, the walls were stained, and the room lacked even the most basic amenities. There were no toiletries, napkins, or toilet rolls provided, and no drinking water was made available. Most of the power sockets were not working, which made it very inconvenient to charge any devices. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had an unpleasant odor. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of attention from the staff. Even after highlighting these issues, there was no prompt action or assistance offered. The property clearly does not meet the standards it claims online. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place until major improvements are made in cleanliness, facilities, and customer service

Hotel, Room and Room Service was good, but it could be more better, food availablity is also issues, asked many things but not available..

if you want waste your time , money just go for it .. terrible experience ever had on my trip , room condition was not good at .. about location , connectivity map hotel , area .. I don't want to next time .. in this hotel .. I also suggest don't go their if want peace, good location better connectivity ..

nice place and nice rooms. rooms are clean and all facilities are in working condition. Staff was very good and helpful.

Good hotel to visit and nice rooms

it's not a hotel, it is more like a guesthouse. there was no lift but overall my stay was average. The staff was nice and ready to help whenever required.

It was not like a hotel. Looked like guesthouse. Lift was also not there. You should not add this type of places in your list

Hotel is not following any safety standards. No sanitizer, no temperature check etc. Staff is not cooperative. No one bothers of your breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is actually not hotel. It is pg only with very limited facilities. Not suitable for families.

If you are looking for some super cheap option with no privacy, then this is the place for you. I regretted the decision as soon as i stepped into the reception. The approach way to the room looks like it is some old boys hostel. I could literally hear discussing what to have for dinner in the next room. We were very disappointed when we asked for late check out, we offered to pay proportional amout for the 2 hours we wanted, but the hotel staff insisted on booking the room for whole day. This is what hospitality we got after staying for 4 days. Won't ever recommend this place to anyone.
