Hotel Vimal Heritage

Below average hotel. The hotel had only 3 staff members when I checked in who were reluctant to listen to us. Hotel manager was not happy with the booking and even threatened me that he could refuse the booking although the issue was between the hotel . I went there with my family and the manager took time to give us the rooms even after having the confirmed booking.. Still no room service was provided for 3 days the phone was not working and we had to go downstairs (2 floors) every time we needed something. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone although the pictures of the hotel looks good but don't fall for it.

Very good stay at the hotel in heritage atmosphere. Enjoyed the tour of Jaipur with lots of good memories . restaurant facility need improvement

Over all it is very sweet hotel with good service. Inside very nice coffee shop with excellent coffee and food which is good for foreigners. Not spicy. Breakfast was small and simple but still good enough. Only one thing i got upset about, it is very dirty swimming pool. Cos i booked this hotel with swimming pool and i wanted to use it. Specially my daughter. But it is just a show piece. Nobody using it and maintaining. Over all hotel is good with good heritage vibe.

The bathrooms are very dirty, poor ventilation. The interior of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was not so good.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, Very nice and calm place, located in a peaceful area. Confortable rooms, very good shower and breakfast, great café in the terrace for resting and having some food. Very helpful people running the hotel and working there. We will come again!

Room was totally different as shown in pictures. There is no separate kitchen for ordering the food. North Indian food is not available in cafe …manager misguide in room allotment

Lovely stay, nice service and well maintained property. Even got help for booking a cab for early morning from the staff which was very nice

No lift, no proper car parking and above all the ac was not working in the room which was at top floor of building. Make my trip defraud the customers. It was most pathetic experience in terms of hotel bookings.

Vimal heritage was good and service is also very good, hotel is clean and very good housekeeping food is also good.

It was very bad experience first time, i booked the hotel based on review however it was all fake 1. Breakfast was not up to the mark at all 2. There were only 3 staff total in hotel which was not experienced at all 3. Electricity out at night and there was no back up like generator 4. Only few thing in menu which was ordered from outside

They giving us dirty rooms and said if you don't like it kindly go from our hotel and book 5 star property and they behaving like go away from here mm t will refund you for the booking. Go away from my hotel book 5 star hotel is this the way i need refund for this horrible and terrible things mazak chall rah a h k customer book kare or aisa experience kare and ha *mmt also not responding on call at that time*

Staff listens to your requests, rooms are okayish

We stayed there for 1 day in nov, 2022. Our enjoyed our stay very much. Following are the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Room was very spacious, well-lit, comfortable and well decorated. Attached balcony was very big and fitted with swings. 2. Toilet has 24 hours running hot and cold water. 3. Sheets and towels were spotless. 4. Staff very friendly. 5. Great location and well connected. Local transport available. Cons: 1. No in house food service. 2. One of the tap heads were coming out. Overall a very good hotel at this price.

The room we were put in wasn’t

Property is good, staff is polite. We love the stay. But toilet and fittings are old leading to some discomfort.

Biggest plus is owner aunty behavior. She advises on sight seeing and caring in nature. Room is clean n no problem. But breakfast buffet has not much option. Overall nice

Good Accommodation, but extremely poor breakfast, they serve only 2 items for veg people excluding bread. Do not opt for the breakfast in this hotel.
