NOT UP TO THE STANDARD!!! Dissapo
The hotel is picturesque, no doubt. 1. On the onset, the main picture of the Hotel is very . As per the picture, it looks like a very Big Palace, however it's just a big Bungalow!! We were very disappointed to look at the size and structure. 2. They don't have proper parking and we had to park our car outside for 3 days!! The car was so dirty at the end and when I requested them for cleaning they said that they do not provide this service. This is highly unacceptable from a "supposed" five-star hotel which does not even have parking of their own!!!! 3. We have a 6 year old who doesn't eat Spicy food and we requested (only on the last day) to pack a Non-spicey Parantha for him but they denied stating hotel policy. Later, only when I reminded them that it's not the first time we are staying in a five star and we stay at good hotels just so that they take care of a child's basic food requirement. Later they were very apologetic but We denied accepting the meal. 4. Room service is slow. 5. Bath essentials (their own brand) isn't good. The only good part is that it was clean. I noticed that their main business is foreign clients that come through group tours. Maybe that is why they ignore individual families!! All in all very dissatisfied

Food is great, stay is good. but the property is not heritage property. it was mad it look like one. it is located in city. maintained well. but its the real palace in comparison with other heritage property's in Jaipur.

Had an amazing stay at shahpura house! The cultural vibes, traditional Rajasthani decor and warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable. All the staff incredibly courteous , attentive and made is feel king of the day, also the front staff is very attentive. Food was delicious and ethnic Rajasthan ambiance added the charm - highly recommend for stay

good and we will visit again also. We will also recommended to others also. This is very nice and great full experience, just need to improve food quality. The properties location was also nice. The services were worth. Staff behavior was warmful peaceful and from my side no complainys but they should try to improve the food quality

Excellent Stay
Pros: Excellent experience, exceeded expectations, room interiors were amazing and property architecture totally outshined any 5-stars I've ever been to. Staff was also very polite and kind. Cons: outside food is not alowed & outside view of resort is not so at night its in a residential location.

If you book a normal room you would be treated same , if you go for suite then the place is yours and everything is fine and amazing better check for exhaust in washroom sometimes it smells .
