I had a very unpleasant experience at this property . We checked in on 15th August 2025. The villa was dirty from the moment we checked in - the floors , bedding , bathroom. Basic hygiene standards were missing. Hair everywhere in the bathroom . Locks were broken. There were many types of insects on the floor. on top of that , the only one caretaker was unhelpful and unfriendly whenever we asked assistance. They didn't provide basic towels either. They cooked food in tap water . And many more things . I would not recommend this property to anyone .

we stayed at the property for a night and had a comfortable experience overall. the place was clean, well-maintained, and the pool was lovely. while the area felt a bit isolated and not entirely safe—especially as a group of four girls—the caretaker was extremely kind and supportive. he even helped us by getting groceries from nearby shops so we didn’t have to step out. he also handled last-minute issues promptly. a special shoutout to vivek rajput, our point of contact, who was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our stay.
