I had a pleasant stay at this resort, the staff is humble and welcoming and place is quite good having all the amenities. I would love to visit again.

The property is located right opposite the famous Chokhi Dhani resort, on the outskirts of Jaipur. At first glance, the resort looks promising, but our experience was mixed. The check-in process was slow, and no welcome drink was served, which is unusual for a resort of this category. The rooms were decent in size with basic amenities, nothing luxurious but comfortable enough. Families should note that the resort is not child-friendly. There is no dedicated play area—just a couple of swings in the garden. The pool was clean, but the shower area poorly maintained. The game room was a letdown, offering only a carom board and chess—no pool table or table tennis. On the positive side, the restaurant experience was good. The food was of nice quality, and we would especially like to thank Miss Sapna for her prompt service and the care she took of the kids. She really made dining pleasant for us. Unfortunately, everything was overshadowed by a scam at the spa. Mr. Shiv offered us what he called a special deal and quoted a specific amount for spa services, asking us to settle the bill at checkout. But at the time of checkout, when we were rushing, the bill was inflated, and we were forced to pay the higher amount. Shockingly, even the hotel management refused to help and made us feel as though we were lying about the agreed amount. This unethical practice ruined our trip. While the property has some positives, the dishonesty and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they do not keep their commitments and can ruin your holiday experience.

Excellent Stay

🌸 Review of Pride Amber Villas Resort, Jaipur I recently stayed with my family for two days at Pride Amber Villas Resort in Jaipur, and it was a delightful experience. Location & Ambience The resort is located slightly away from the city’s noise, giving it a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Built in a traditional royal fort style, the property truly lives up to the concept of a “royalty” The courtyards, gardens, and architecture immediately transport you into a royal yet homely setting. In the evenings, the lighting and cultural décor create a warm and inviting mood. Rooms Our villa was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The interiors reflected Rajasthani artistry while still providing modern comforts. The beds were comfortable, and the attached sit-out area was perfect for relaxing with morning tea while overlooking the greenery. Dining Experience Food at Pride Amber Villas was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Rajasthani dishes along with North Indian and continental options. Breakfast was lavish with ample variety, and in the evenings we enjoyed dining — in perfect glass house sitting called PDR. Facilities & Activities The resort is designed to give a fort-like experience. My child particularly loved the outdoor activities and open spaces. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, adding to the overall leisure feel. Service The staff was polite, courteous, and attentive. From the warm welcome with traditional tikka to guiding us about sightseeing in Jaipur, they made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. Overall Impression Pride Amber Villas Resort beautifully blends Rajasthani heritage with modern hospitality. In just two days, our family felt refreshed, entertained, and deeply connected with Rajasthan’s vibrant culture. ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 Highly recommended for families looking for a cultural yet comfortable getaway in Jaipur.

Average Stay
The hotel exterior is superb but the brand has compromised on the services and maintenance. The property has no rules. People are hanging their clothes in the balconies. dressed shabby. the toilet hand shower came off. the premium ness of the brand is lost. I have stayed at Sheraton jaipur and the difference is too much. Room, food ,trained staff. Overall the stay was just average

our stay was pleasant. rooms nice big and clean. service is excellent. we had to check out at morning 4am. staff got everything ready without a single reminder in morning. all of staff were cooperative. and respect and special thanks to staff on morning of 24th august
