The room were clean and spacious, food variety and quality was excellent but service is really slow esp in room dining and buffet serving staff

Stay and rooms were excellent. Food was repetitive no variety at all Room service needs improvement

Hotel staff is giving third class treatment during the stay considering they have high priority to foreign tourist groups. Starting check in, it took 15 mins to complete the process and not proper briefing about facilities in the package. I have opted for room with lounge access but no information about working hours of lounge, swimming pool and gym. While I visited the above facilities it was closed. Further in restaurant no one is there to assign seat, as it was buffet no one was there to provide water and cutleries. Everyone is focus on international guest, pathetic treatment of individual Indian guest.

Hilton has just won my heard with the food spread they had in desserts. Never had an amazing spread like that. Overall it was conveniently located, neat and tidy all hearts.

Its was a nice stay at hotel hilton ...thanks to make my trip...food was excellent services was fabulous i had a wonderfull stay with my kids ❤️❤️❤️

The property is located in the heart of the city. The staff were really courteous. The breakfast spread was great. Their brownie from the lunch menu is a must try.

Property location is best. Breakfast options include delicious food and lots of varieties with Veg, non veg, south indian food and many more.

I recently stayed at Hilton Jaipur and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had a great variety.

Food was good. Location is excellent. Provided with everything we needed for the baby. Overall a good stay.

Had a great stay overall, will give 10/10 for the service. Food options were not that vast, the menu can be worked upon for dinner & breakfast both. Also, the room minibar needs better snacks and beverages. The swimming pool is quite small. Pros - Room with a bathtub at an amazing price, so yes it was value for money spent. The entire staff was very helpful. Sadly, the spa was under maintenance, so I couldn't experience that.
