    I stayed at this property for three nights, and it was by far one of my lowest hotel experiences. I honestly cannot categorize it as a 5-star hotel. Basic service requests like a toothbrush or towel took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, which suggests either a serious lack of staff or poor coordination. The bathrooms were in bad condition — broken floor tiles, a blocked wash basin, no shaving mirror, and very poor water pressure. I faced the same issues even during a separate booking in the first week of October, so this seems to be a consistent problem. Breakfast was average — nothing exceptional. I had also requested for a TV channel to watch a cricket test match; while someone did come to my room, the issue was never resolved. Overall, the customer service was pathetic. Even after multiple complaints, there was no genuine willingness to help. The staff appeared robotic and indifferent, showing no sense of hospitality. I truly regret choosing this property — it was a waste of both time and money. Definitely not recommended.

    Property was just about 20 mins drive from airport, it was clean and well maintained. The quality of mattress was too good, breakfast had a variety, enjoyed it, staff was well mannered. Service was good, overall it was a good stay

    This property doesn't fit in five star category. very old, bathroom below par with old fitting. I stayed in 5515. Buffet was good, but arrangement like 3 star. I had stayed in Marriot Kochi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, And Courtyard Marriot is some other location. Also, I had stayed in Fourpoints by Sherton in Visakhapatnam, it was very nice and appropriate. it was not up to 5 star, you shouldn't sell it at Five star rates. it was an old 3 star hotel converted to Fourpoints. Management didn't do any proper upgrade with the property. need to improve the standards. Many foreigner are staying there because of the name. Please make sure it is upgraded.

    Extremely Disappointing Experience

    Misleading Property Listing: On MakeMyTrip, the property was shown as a 5 star Sheraton, but upon arrival, got to know it is 4 star property. I am not referring to customer reviews—I am pointing to a clear mismatch and misleading categorization. This is unacceptable and amounts to misrepresentation. The rooms were of poor quality, not even close to the standard of a Sheraton brand.No bell boy service was provided, which is basic hospitality. * Despite booking for 3 guests, the room had only 1 towel and not even basic amenities like a toothbrush. We had to make multiple calls just to get essentials, which ruined the stay. On top of that, this was supposed to be a birthday celebration, yet the hotel did not even provide a simple cake or gesture, which was very disappointing. * Every request required multiple follow-ups, and staff was unresponsive over the phone. I had to go down to the front desk personally each time, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. * Spoiled Occasion: This was meant to be a special and memorable trip, but instead it turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Both MakeMyTrip and Sheraton failed to deliver even basic standards of hospitality.
