I stayed here for 3 nights, expecting a premium experience since we were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, the entire stay turned out to be deeply disappointing and nowhere close to what Radisson as a brand promises.
Terrible first impression: On arrival, the baggage scanning machine left grease stains on my partner’s brand-new clothes. While the staff later cleaned it, the damage was already done—our trip started on a sour note. For a hotel of this standard, basic care and attention should be non-negotiable.
Broken promises: I had requested a surprise room décor for my partner. The staff confirmed it twice—once at reception and even over a call. But when we returned to our room after asking for it to be set up, there was nothing. This lack of commitment and service reliability was extremely disappointing, especially for such an occasion.
Basic amenities failing: The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. We had to call three times before someone came to fix it, and even then it took another 30 minutes. This caused unnecessary delays to our plans. Again, not what you expect when paying thousands per night.
Breakfast chaos: The buffet was chaotic and repetitive. Orders were consistently wrong (asked for paneer onion paratha, got just plain paneer paratha twice). I waited 30 minutes at the live counter just for a masala dosa. The spread lacked variety and felt uninspired.
Valet negligence: To top it all off, our car was parked outside where pigeons left droppings all over the windshield. The staff didn’t even bother to clean it before handing it back.
Overall, this stay felt like a complete mismatch between the price paid and the service received. The experience was frustrating, disappointing, and regretful. Honestly, we would have had a better experience at Radisson Blu Tonk Road than here.
