stay was very good , beautiful property and well maintained, room were neat and clean food was good

Stay was good but fews things were off as they do not allow any food or alcohol from outside. Breakfast was good and tasty. Even property location is very off beat and no proper roads to reach the location.

Had an amazing stay at Buena Vista Resort! The hospitality was top-notch – the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast which had a great variety and tasted fresh. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and premium experience!

Excellent Stay, Highlight is definitely the In-Room Plunge Pools. Breakfast were options adequate and good. Nice quite location for relaxing staycation. I must mention the super Nice staff for their efforts in making the stay wonderful

Resort location is pretty bad, as the approach road is unsafe and time consuming. All tourist attractions are like 30-45 minutes minimum, and even then there is no activity in the hotel whatsoever (not even high tea) for a resort charging 25000 for a night. Although restaurant staff was hospitable (namely ghanshyam) but breakfast venue and breakfast spread were both ordinary. The only shining part of the resort is the room interior and space.

We booked 4 rooms with much expectations but experience has been below par. Location is not preferable as the approach road is very unsafe, and it is pretty far from all tourist locations. There was absolutely no activity, not even high tea for a resort priced at 28000 per night. Hospitality is pretty mediocre also. Breakfast venue and spread is also mediocre. The only good part is room decor and size.

Resort wasn't matching its heavy price at all. There was a maintenance work near pool, leaving the cement and dust all over the pool, moreover there was no staff person available to assist us in time. There was no functional washroom available at poolside. I provided my feedback to manager next day, he wasn't aware of this non functionality of resort's pool. Resort's main restaurant wasn't having a decor and ambience of a 5 star hotel, it was full of very ordinary arrangements of extra furniture and sub-optimal linen. All white cutlery were old, worn and having many black spots. Food taste was ok but main course non veg items weren't fresh. Rooms were good with a large space and nice personal pool and sit out area. This resort claims for being green but they use plastic bottles for drinking water. There were very less activities in resort and activity area wasn't maintained. You cant walk over grass of activity area. Overall it looks like a resort which is itself enjoying vacation. I think its a venue for weddings so they are not serious with everyday's guests.

It was fantastic. Since welcome till checkout everything was the best. Superb welcome, beautiful natural atmosphere

The check-in process was very cumbersome. There was only one executive at night to guide for parking, check-in and transfer luggages to our rooms. The approach road to the property isn't good. To make it worse we found a dead cockroach in our washroom. Overall was looking for a good experience but this place doesn't seem to be worth the money and there is still lots to work on for them

It was a lovely experience. Can’t express in words ❤️ I am coming here for the 3rd time. Food and staff everything was perfect. Property location is near to main Highway. Overall it was a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again❤️

It was a bad experience because a mouse came into my room and spoil t the night. Food is highly priced.

Spa wasn’t working, close as under construction and same was not informed at the time of booking. Service was little slow and take extra time to respond. Otherwise property was good and food is also good. Stand out attraction is private pool
