Excellent Stay
The experience was great! The rooms and the overall ambience of the resort was really beautiful. Breakfast & hi-tea tasted amazing too. And I loved the mini cultural activities at the resort, especially beginning the next morning with a melodious flute playing

Very nice property, helpful staff good ambiance , breakfast and Hi tea was good and more than expected, good part is the live music during breakfast and Hi tea was amazing and never seen in any property.

Excellent Stay
We had a lot of fun. The property was very big. There were a lot of activities and we did not face any kind of problem with the hotel. Overall experience was superb must visit worth stay

Poor Stay
I was checking out and requested reception for water. Person said he is arranging and then ignored. Even security guard at Taj Amer offered water when we were leaving where as educated person standing at desk said he is arranging , I requested 5 mins later again, he still said he is arranging whereas he wasn't. He could have even guided me. This was so off putting to human being leave alone people from hospitality industry having such pathetic behaviour towards another human being.

Excellent Stay
We had a truly memorable and warm stay at Hyatt Regency Jaipur — and a huge part of that experience was thanks to the incredible hospitality shown by the team. A special mention to Sawan and Aniket from the front office — Sawan went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary, ensured my daughter was engaged with activities, and made sure every detail was taken care of with such kindness. Aniket made the check-in and check-out process absolutely smooth and hassle-free, which really set the tone for a relaxing holiday. A big thank you also to Chef Mukesh and Chef Bhupesh, who didn’t just serve food — they shared stories and traditions. They explained the richness of Rajasthani cuisine, how it’s traditionally eaten, what to try, and how each dish is prepared. Their passion and warmth made every meal feel personal. Beyond the rooms and the royal ambience, it’s the people who made our stay special. We truly felt cared for. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaipur — for its luxury, food, and most importantly, the team that treats you like family.

One of the bestest places to stay in Jaipur.
Property is beyond incredible. I would rate 10 on 10 for my overall experience. Food was good, good hospitability. A little can be done with respect to the behaviour of a few staff members ; rest everything was beyond perfect. Loved my stay and will surely book my stay here only , the next time il plan a visit :)

Fabulous on all fronts!
Our stay was amazing! The hotel staff was extremely courteous. The food was impeccable. Their restaurant Shrot served us one of the best Rajasthani lunches of our lives. They went out of the way to accommodate our requests. It is difficult to travel with a toddler, by the hotel made it so relaxing and enjoyable! Thanks to the entire team. Special thanks to Shashank for arranging the amazing lunch for our anniversary. It was a splendid experience.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY
The property was situated a little outside of the city (35-40m away) but was really pretty and had all the amenities. The structure of the hotel is like a palace and the rooms feel like modern luxury. So it’s the best of both world. The rooms were well done and very spacious. From their in-room services to breakfast buffet service - it was very goood. The food is really up to the expectation. Between 5-7 they also organise complimentary high tea with 2-3 unique activities everyday like bangle making, pottery, block painting, painting etc. I personally loved that experience. The staff is always there for you and looking after your needs. So do travel your stay here if you ever want to go for a leisure/family time.

Terrible Stay
Terrible experience. If you are looking for a place to relax, then its not for you. We ended up on a rainy day and in-spite of being a luxury property, the services were poor. It was all water everywhere on the floor, so much so that one could slip off it. The rooms were really small when you compare other properties with same budget. Off all the things, food was at least edible.
