Very far from the city and the hotel itself was not at all as per Hyatt standards. The cleanliness, the amenities in the room were below average.

5-star service
Stay was pleasant with great hospitality. Food is flavourful and the property has a great gym. Buffet spread has many options and restaurant is luxurious.

Poor Stay
The food is average and accomotaion is also average we ask for a little early check in the staff is not so friendly

Good Stay
GOOD PROPERTY... Lazy and ignorant recption staff some even abt room allocation when argued changed rooms adjacent.. one room was not well maintained.. roller blind fell down from window hook.. no door stopper. . Food was tasty both lunch and dinner.. except buffet price no complaints.

Overrated. It is more like a 3 star hotel.
Housekeeping - Room not cleaned well. Plates kept outside room during night , was not picket up until 10 in the morning , that too after follow-ups. Dining- Dinner buffet had very bad taste. Breakfast buffet pretty much repetitive with not much options. However in room dining for second afternoon was fabulous. Service - Not very quick and multiple reminders required. Overall - This does not look like 5 starvproperty based on facilities and quality of service. Ever 4 star hotels are much better.

Average Stay
We stayed there for 2 nights. We were on a business trip and felt it was away from the market area. The rooms were clean and neat. Food was not that great and breakfast menu was ok. We had a pleasant stay all in all.

Excellent stay with great service and delicious food
Had a very pleasant stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was tasty with good variety and fresh preparation. Location is convenient and amenities are well maintained. Overall, a great experience and worth recommending.

Food was good. But stay was very average. Bed matress was terrible n evn after asking to change it was not done. Not really a Hyatt feeling

worth the stay and hospitality
I recently stayed at the property and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was ideal—conveniently situated near local attractions, public transport, and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being central, the property still felt peaceful and private, which was a huge plus. The food exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast was especially impressive, with both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. Room service was also prompt and courteous. The amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the pool area offered a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable lounge area. As for services, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests we had were handled efficiently. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. luxurious hotel with staff making excuses on all requests
poor housekeeping hotel needs maintainance staff is haywire front office breakfast was good delay in services wrong hands hotel is in poor staff practices not at all a five star
