The location is amazing. The hotel is very rich and flamboyant . Rooms our classy, and more than five star rating and rates are very much affordable. Chinese restaurant is superb. Staff is amazing. Food is amazing . breakfast Spread is amazing. The ambience is so nice and beautiful.

Excellent stay and thoughtful hospitality. I had booked two Junior Suites and had requested, via email, to have them allocated on the same floor as I was travelling with my senior citizen parents and family. I received a prompt call from the hotel informing me that each floor typically has one Junior Suite and one Royal Suite. However, considering my request, they graciously upgraded one of my Junior Suites to a Royal Suite so that our entire family could stay on the same floor. A special thanks to Ms. Aabida Khan, Senior Guest Relations Manager, for making all the arrangements with such care. The staff were well-mannered, helpful, and always smiling—creating a warm, welcoming environment that made our stay truly memorable.

Location is not quite good, as it’s on the other side of the airport. But everything else was very good.

The hotel was comfortable and property was well maintained. However i was informed over call that jacuzzi is also there . That was absent when we reached there. Kids play area was very small. No music or open dining options were there. At the time of check out , we faced few service issues as no one was responding. However rest of the things were good.

We stayed at Intercontinental Hotel with our family on 8th-9th June, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The ambience, cleanliness, and overall hospitality of the hotel were outstanding. The entire staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Neha and her service team for their warm and attentive service during breakfast. She made sure every little need was taken care of, and her cheerful attitude added an extra charm to our morning. Even my daughter felt so comfortable, and we genuinely appreciated the personal attention. The room was well-maintained, the amenities were excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental team for making our family stay memorable. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

The property is lovely but far from city centre . the breakfast spread was amazing . we got an upgraded room so it's a plus point. Isha at the reception provided complementary chocolates and Hi tea voucher . overall it was an amazing experience
