Had a wonderful stay at The Fern Hotel, Jaipur. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout. Terrible Stay
Hotel stay was not comfortable as there were hot water issues in the washroom. The hot water tap also had cold water flowing in and the room did not appeared to be deep clean causing us a bad cold & cough

Hotel was at a excellent location, beautiful property with excellent food, it has a swimming pool, staff behaviour is also very good.

The hotel was not good, not at all upto the expectations. Infact the staff was delaying everything. Never going to book a stay at the Fern Jaipur.

We have very bad experience staying here , food was not good at all and I was surprised and disappointed to see this charge applied, as i did not smoke in the room / strictly abided by your non-smoking policy. It was just the washroom.I was neither notified of any issue at checkout nor provided with any explanation or evidence supporting this charge of Rs 1000 This lack of communication, coupled with an unexpected fee, reflects poorly on the customer service and transparency I expect from a hotel of your standing. If the charge is found to be applied in error, I expect a full refund of the amount and a written acknowledgment of the correction.
