Poor staff not cooperative .. they have there rules and policies Staff can’t understand the guest request

it was awesome.. must try property.. everything was so well planned. delicacies are mothwatering. staff is very co operative and polite

stay was excellent n staff services n behaviour was very cordial ..just swimming pool cleanliness was not up to mark rest all was excellent..

The resort was really good and ambience was really something u will be happy to see. It was an excellent stay.The staff there was amazing beautiful hospitality.What i loved was that anyone who would see you in resort would speak to you greet you and offer you help.I guess its a perfect way to experience rajasthani hospitality.Would definitely come again.

We didn’t like the food much and it was expensive also and less quantity in high price, the village food was unhygienic. And stay was not as expected.

Everything was too good..except the breakfast buffet in terms of taste

We stayed in royal suit. The moment we entered there was a bad drainage smell in the washroom and we asked to fix it. 2-3 times they came and sprayed the fresher but after half hour it again started to sting badly. During checkout instead of being sorry they argued and said that you used diaper and that was the reason of being stingy. No diaper on this earth sting like a drainage smell and even diaper was used in the evening and smell was persistent from the moment we entered the room. We go in resort for relaxation not for fixing their drainage system. And if a guest complaint for something, action should be taken immediately such as room change. And the behaviour should be polite and of acceptance rather than of denial. Apart from this it was good experience like the food and the ambiance and the village part also.

Water was little salty . Hard water . Otherwise the property is excellent and well maintained . Experience the local rajasthani culture

Excellent layout with traditional village theme. Great activities and excellent speakers of Rajasthani and multi cuisine food. Rooma are well appointed with great hospitality by staff

Hotel was good but need more improvement…

Awesome place, one can easily see the short tour of Rajasthan, there culture and food. Rooms were quite good with Rajasthani culture theme based cottages and also the best seen was one can easily plan for pre-wedding or any kind of photoshoot at this place

It was so exciting to have a fusion of ethenic village life and deluxe luxurious stay and food. excellent cozy stay, clean and big bathroom, attentive staff, specially food was great. Evening can be spent in village haat in the campus, it was so much fun and so much to do. Elephant, camel, horse, boat rides...... Wonderful trip

Resort is great for a weekend getaway. The ethnic village is jubilant. Food is good but slightly overcharged. I used the gym- overall well maintained but the cross trainer and cycles were not working - something not acceptable at a 5 star resort, which is charging a lot per night. Could do even better with these improvements.
