Review Of Chokhi Dhani - The Ethnic 5-star Deluxe Resort

Chokhi Dhani Resort is a great experience. However, service is more like 3 star hotels than a 5 star. Our luggage was broken by the staff, but there was only a courtesy, sorry. There was no tea served at buffet to us despite 4 reminders to the staff. I was promised a cake for my wife's birthday. However, it was never sent to us. I ended up driving out 15 kms to buy one but was not allowed to bring it inside. Then again after an argument of half hour i was allowed to bring my own cake inside. So all in all place is nice but service is terrible

the vibe of this place will hit different. hospitality of this place is top notch. this resort in itself is all different world together. attention to detail at this place is god level. the place your eyes will fell. you will find every corner of this place is crafted with great work.

Authentic food and hospitality

food was good, location was far away from bus stand and railway station. I think the prices were high as wellq

Not a satisfactory experience, especially considering I paid nearly double the actual rent for the room. The condition of the toilets was pathetic — poor drainage system and a non-functional flush, which took at least 20 minutes to clear each time.

The resort was good but the room provided to us had dust bugs, I have also made a video, and bed bugs, and till 11 o’clock there was sound going on throughout my room, I could not sleep properly.

Poor staff not cooperative .. they have there rules and policies Staff can’t understand the guest request
