The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. My stay here was amazing

Faced arrogance and extremely rude behaviour from Mr Siddhartha, front desk.
Dear Fellow Travellers, I stayed in this hotel in Room no. 121 for 3 nights i.e on 25, 26 & 27 Jul 2025. Booking in the name of my wife Shalini. I am an ex-defence officer n will write every bit of it with great degree of honesty n loyalty for the knowledge of the fellow travellers. Most of us book a hotel, after reading the Google reviews. So there are always a mixed reviews n then we take a call as per our prudence. In a similar manner, before booking this hotel, I read some guests reviews who faced arrogance by hotel staff and after reading the front office manager covered up remarks, I also made an opinion that there might be also some fault of the guest. So I continued with the bookings. But to my surprise n horror, the same degree of arrogance I faced from a person a sitting at front desk at 8 am, while checking out on 28 Jul 2025. He was extremely rude, arrogant in his behaviour and mannerisms and was actually in a mood to fight. In order to save my dignity, I left the things over there n quietly checked out with my family.

Behaviour of front desk manager bad, hand shower push button in WC very hard in operating especially for child, front entrance sensor gate was stuck once, sofa inside room was not cleaned properly, no complimentary breakfast was provided for this high price room booking and we left without food

We at Nest Jaipur are always willing and duty bound to serve our guests. In addition to your feedback I would like to point our few facts as below: 1) After making the reservation you called to hotel to know your package inclusions. Since you have made the booking on EP plan (Without Breakfast), we informed you that the booking is on EP plan on which you asked for Breakfast to be complimentary. When we refused for the Complimentary breakfast since you have not booked the room with breakfast package & informed that it will be on chargeable basis, on which you started threatening us for negative review. We also suggested you to please have the Room reservation amended by MMT on CP including Breakfast, but you refused. 2) At the time of Check-In , inspite of having ID of all persons you refused to give saying that you will not give any ID and shouting the reception staff. As per the Government of India norms, all guest are required to produce valid at Check-In. Also while our conversation, we were never rude at any point of time.

Average Stay
It was okay okay place for family vacation as this place is more dedicated for office meet up and weddings. Swimming pool was not maintained and breakfast was also okay and chairs and tables were not cleaned it had dirty patches on it , dining mat was also dirty

Nest resort is an excellent property, designed to meet the needs of all..kids and adults. We loved the place and the courteous behaviour of staff. Could easily spend all time in the property itself without any need of going out in the city 🙂

Very bad property
coupleThe food which was served was cold and hot water was not coming had to call 3 times to get this repaired. The reception guy was not ready to listen on the problem and my booking was along with the dinner but they charged us again but when i was very straight forward to them why you are charging again with an explanation then they removed it without feeling sorry about it. This property is only good for weddings not for normal stay. Super super bad experience don’t recommend anybody it’s waste of time money and your expectation

A nice property in the outskirts
groupNest luxury resort is small property away from the busy city of jaipur. Its definitely not a 5 star property but the rooms are still better than most 5 stars as its newly built. It lacks basic amenities like spa, coffee shop, a designated play area (there is a play area but its just in the common lobby on the 4th floor. What i didnt like was the service. We have to wait for almost 40 minutes to get our dinner. Even the buffet was not upto the mark.

Ac was not working. Lift lobby temperature was better from room. The staff is sending electrician multiple times for checking the ac temp but ac was still not working after 4hr. The staff was ignoring the request for room change. The room had turned into a lobby as so many technicians were coming & going and still there was no resolution to it. The resort is incapable of handling multiple customers as when u order anything the order gets delayed so much that you need to call multiple times to remind them that we ordered something. They take 1:30hr minimum to complete the order & calls. The staff was very casual & not was not taking customers request seriously & sometimes reception calls were not even been answered. So i will not come again & i will not suggest this resort to anyone. We are not the only one who were facing this issue as many other customers were facing multiple issues as the fights/arguments were taking place on the reception between the staff and customers. Waste of money & time, if you want to spoil your vacation do come again!
