The stay at shakun hotel was awesome. The food was delicious and the location is really great (closer to nearby tourist attractions). Rooms were spacious and room service staff was also good.

reasonable priced luxury hotel with only vegetarian food, which i liked it. for chargeable water bottles first they ask you but while dinner they kept one water bottle without my asking and charged it in the bill which I have not liked it.

Rude front desk staff

Stayed here and had a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff was extremely rude and kept calling every few minutes asking for checkout, making the stay stressful. They were completely non-cooperative and lacked basic hospitality ethics. The only positive was the polite housekeeping team. Rooms were good, but the food was pathetic. Management seriously needs to train their staff in customer service.

Rude & misbehaviour pf the front desk staff

waste of money maximum rate for this hotel rooms is 2500 to 2800 give wrong information about room they say room size is 300 but when I measure room it was 200 to 220 sqft and also very compact bathroom is. smallest than my pet house refund my money
