overall it was good, breakfast which was provided was of good quality but only problem that i think is that when you order food in the room there is no one to clear up the cutlery after you have finished,

Nice and comfortable stay
We had a pleasant stay at this property which is centrally located in Jaipur. The rooms were spacious with all modern amenities. The breakfast spread was amazing with a panoply of culinary choices to choose from.

This was my third stay in this hotel which shows how much I like it. Everything about it is exceptional. The location, the staff, the breakfast and all the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. Would recommend highly.

Excellent hospitality
Our room was very clean. Housekeeping staff is very efficient and helpful. The buffet is a must have, amazing variety of food. Very good hospitality, the staff are very kind of professional. Stay was safe, secure.

Excellent Stay
This is the best property we have stayed so far. Not only property but the staff is also top notch. Great hospitality and healthy environment. In entire Jaipur this was the only place we get world class food weather it’s dinner or breakfast.

Excellent Stay
It is always a very pleasant stay at the Holiday inn city center Jaipur. We always end up staying here whenever we visit Jaipur. The location, food, amenities, are all worth it. The check in is absolutely hassle free. There is huge variety of food to choose from in their menu. The breakfast is very good. The extra bed they provide is also very comfortable. I totally recommend this place to stay in Jaipur for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Terrible experience from hotel management.
Property is OK. Not so good not so bad. Rooms and staff are also good. But my experience here as a guest was not good. It was terrible. I booked this hotel for 24th August 2025 for business and leasure. But the same day in evening my nanaji passed away and i had to cancel the stay and return back to delhi. After 2 days i contacted and the property stating that i dont need a refund but i would request you if you can reschedule my stay. They clearly refused stating that they cannot do anything. It was actually heart breaking that these people are just doing they dont have feelings . Room for is not important it can be earned again but they forget that Customer is a one time thing. Bad experience and no support from hotel

Excellent Stay
I had booked hotel Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre from 19th to 23rd August, 2025. The location is hardly 2.5 Kms from Jaipur Railway Station and 1.5 Kms from Secretariat. The room was spacious, the staff was cordial and cooperative. The best part was breakfast. It was my second stay in this hotel and I enjoyed every moment of my stay there.
