Hotel Savoy

Hotel food was very bad and i had stomach problem because of the food. Parking was not available, i had to park my car in the open road, Breakfast has no buffet, very minimal options was available in breakfast. Food is very unhygienic and over prised.

The reception guy seems to be so much arrogant,so rude,no front desk behaviour, he asked extra charges for early check in and upon requesting to pay by cash he denied and later after argue he accepted it online.Hotel management should train these guy on there act being front desk desk staff.He seems to be boss.

Property is good. Rooms are big bathroom is clean. Very near to bits pilani campus and bus stand. Restaurant available. Staffs are humble and cooperative. Good to stay but it's costly.

only the location is good. the whole property needs to be drycleaned. NOT AT ALL worth. Rooms and washrooms are literally dirty. No proper sanitization done.

I checked in with great feelings as my earlier experience and found much comfortable. Don't feel like to try any other hotel. It's homely stay with warmth from the staff.

We had a pleasant stay. Though it's an old hotel but it has the best location. Food in the restaurant is nice and reasonable. We reached earlier than than the check in time and they kept the room ready in an hour while we were having breakfast in the restaurant.

Rooms were dirty and cockroaches were thr in room, ac not working, for the price taken i suggest to avoid this hotel

Good stay, delicious food and nice location

Manager is very co-operative people serving are too good my husband got massive heart attack during our stay he willingly helped us at midnight in all ways. Our stay was pleasant

I landed up in Jaipur around 5:30 pm with my own car. no parking facility available, you have to park your vehicle on the road side in front of the hotel. Apart from this, the property is not so good. The rooms are spacious but hygiene is the worst. Towels provided were not clean. even the flush in the washrooms was not working properly. only one person was there to attend all the guests. Horrible experience. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

The overview about the hotel is quite satisfactory, the owner and staff are friendly and helpful and the location of the property is at a central location.

Close to majority of the tourist visiting places. Food is delicious at very reasonable price. Staff and owners are very polite and helpful. Rooms are also good.

Although the location of the hotel is good, but maintenance is not that good. Basic amenities like proper soap, water, clean towels, geyser were missing. Also the taps and knobs were not in proper working condition. The quality of food was decent, staff behaviour was also ok.
