The hotel has a perfect infrastructure with a vibrant atmosphere all around. The rooms are very nice and offered at very reasonable rates – definitely value for money. The overall vibe of the place is great, and the service is commendable. The reception staff is warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile.
However, the food is extremely overpriced, which was a major downside during our stay.
One unfortunate experience did dampen our mood – a staff member was quite unprofessional and responded to us rudely. It nearly spoiled our trip. There are polite ways to say “no,” and basic hospitality includes treating guests with respect. I sincerely hope the management addresses this and ensures that all staff, especially at the front end, are trained to interact courteously with guests.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay overall.
