Excellent Stay
Me, my husband we took our 9months daughter for her first staycation. After the booking I got a call from the hotel to know my reason of visit nd when I mentioned them that we are travelling with a toddler they provided us a baby cot in the room, nd my daughter was very happy in playing inside the cot. Their hospitality was amazing, the kids meal was complimentary nd for every meal of her they calling us nd asking what has to be made nd in what direction, trust me even the baby food was very yummy. Each nd every staff over there was very kind nd helpful not for once we faced any problem in the stay. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Excellent Stay
Amazing property witb superb hospitality. The venue is locTed at the outskirts away from all the noice. You get to hear the peacocks sing in the morninb and if lucky get to see one as well. Breakfast spread is huge with tasty offerings. I had a 3 year daughter travel along, she enjoyed at the play areas and the swimming pool. A must visit property of ITC

Perfect staycation property!
Everything about the property was excellent! It’s a well spread out resort, with spacious rooms and wonderful bathrooms and delicious food.

The room and infrastructure of the property was exceptionally good. But the food quality was questionable. Though the staff was generous and tried to be as accommodating as they could but food standards were not upto the mark. The variety in buffet was very limited. There was some leakage in bath tub as well which was a bit of a bummer. The flooring was not as maintained as it should have for such a newly built property. Hence I’d say, There is a tremendous scope of improvement before it can fall into a luxe category.

Poor Stay
The food was so pathetic, i can never imagine such food in from a brand like ITC. Despite paying for the most premium suite and requesting the hotel for making certain arrangement for our anniversary, they didn’t do anything. I had asked them to decorate the bed and make arrangements for candle light dinner for the couple which they agreed. I also offered to pay additonal charges but they forgot to make all the arrangements. They only sent cake which was again pathetic, so i requested to get something from the bakery. And they said bakery is closed. What is the point of spending a lakh rupees and still not be able to celebrate our special day. Pathetic service and poor staff management and really bad food on all the days during our stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked for other sweets as the cake was

Excellent Stay
Hotel location was some what offbeat, but architecture give feel of Jaipur, with lush green garden feel so peaceful. Villa room was fabulous, comfortable and have full privacy and washroom was the main attraction with bathtub.

Excellent Stay
The property was very pretty & secluded. The staff was friendly and courteous, the breakfast spread was vast and amazing. The deluxe villa was so spacious and beautiful, loved it all. Would love to visit again :)

Good Stay
ITC Mementos, Jaipur is located near to the highway but is somewhat secluded in it’s location for around 1.5 kms. The infrastructure is great, facilities are good and the food tastes fine. However, variety of food in the buffet can be improved.

Excellent Stay
Beautiful hotel, well trained staff, delicious food and rooms are very spacious and beautiful decorated specially bathrooms. Stayed 3 nights there and had some unforgettable memories. Want to give 10/10 to each department of the hotel. Memorable hospitality and enjoyed a lot.
