location is bad approach to the hotel is not good surrounding is congested building is not maintained rooms are small

first they did not give me room that was booked, then they told me.fountain view , wich again not their, coffee mugs wear stale, had asked for gluten free. dinner they did not have it,in bf had order dosa witj chees and onion amd tomato they did not.poor service.sorry guys

Property is very nice & clean .. & buffet was owesome .. behaviour of the staff is very polite . I like the swimming pool & kids playing area . They also arranged a spcial cake for my wife ‘ s birthday

We had 2 days stay at ITC Rajputana for my wife's birthday, it was an excellent experience in the property. the location is right in the heart of the city which makes local places easily accessible. We specially enjoyed the expansive breakfast spread. This feedback is not complete without mentioning the hotel staff Purum and his team who made sure we get a beautiful surprise along with the cake to make the birthday even more memorable.

Best services given by in-room dining food was really delicious , room was excellent , staff were very much polite & caring .

The room was not so spacious as described on your website. Entry in the hotel was very terrible as lots of crowds were there in the entry. Very high price and not value for money.
