worst stays till now
Just entered into the hotel. No welcoming and after reception desk incident the manager without knowing our name told wait your room is getting ready. Without knowing our name. Pathetic services. Room were smelling bad, uncomfortable bed. Coming to the breakfast. I have never eaten such a bad breakfast in my life. If i could give them negative score, m happy to give it.

perfect stay must try
It was really very comfortable stay. Last stay in Ramada for me was not very nice in Indore. But this stay really cleared my old memories and all was just perfect. I am sure i will visit again this place. Rooms are very comfortable, bed is also quite comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Just we had some limited options in morning breakfast but honestly it was of good taste. We also opted for dinner as well as it was delicious. So in all it was really a pleasant stat with family. Must try. Location is also perfect

My experience with ramada is very pleasant. The room service is so fast and the staff is soo comparative and of helping nature. The room was very clean and the breakfast has many varieties and the taste was soo good

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I had one of the worst hotel experiences during my stay here. • The room was not clean – the bedsheet had stains, and the bathroom was not properly maintained. Even the shower tap was not working. • We had booked the MAP plan, but there were no starters in the buffet. Starters had to be ordered and paid for separately. The dinner food was also served cold. • The staff was unfriendly and did not seem interested in assisting guests, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I found the hotel poorly managed and not guest-friendly. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

Good Stay
Stay was pleasant. Bedroom sheets seemed very dull. The room was neat and clean. Due to renovation in the rooms next to ours there was constant banging and not possible to catch an afternoon nap. Breakfast was good.

Poor Stay
The quality was not of a 4 star hotel at all. They are not maintaining the property. The breakfast was all below average and was not at all good. They need to rework on their quality. I had stayed at same property around 2 years back and at that time it was good but this time not at all happy with stay

Non cooperative non responsive staff. Slippery foyer. Toiletries are bad- reusable and refillable bottles. Not even sealed. Breakfast is a nightmare. No space , under staffed.
