Unhygienic Room a

It was a very bad experience with the hotel. After we checked-in into the room we found the bedsheet and duvet cover was very dirty and covered with body hairs. We immediately informed the reception team to check the bedsheet but the boy who came to check informed us that the housekeeping guy was not available and told us to wait for some time. After waiting for sometime no one turned up and so upon checking in the reception we found that they were just chilling and drinking tea at the reception. The behaviour of the team is very unprofessional and they didn't bother up for their guests. When we confronted them then only the housekeeping guy came with new bedsheets and cover however the duvet cover was still very dirty and was full of hairs. After a lot of requests finally they agreed to change and gave us the blanket from the other room. There was no apology from the team instead they were normalising and saying that hairs came from the outside window but there was not one or two hairs There were plenty of hairs to be found in both bedsheets, pillow and duvet covers which was quite surprising. Anyways that's it so I would not recommend anyone to stay with such an unhygienic hotel.

The hotel is new and still a lot of things remain to be completed. But the stay was good - cold and hot water without problems. Mattress was very hard but maybe somebody likes it. Soundproof was not good, so was difficult to sleep due to loud sounds (cars and barking dogs) outside.

Pathetic service. There was no helper to get the bags removed and keep in the room. There were no towels provided. The wc water was very pathetic. Room sizes of deluxe room are extremely small. The rates of the restaurant are very high. Outside window you will see lot of filthy & dirty garbage.

family with 2 kidsabsolutely pathetic service... no towels were provided... nearby area is fully crowded and very unhygenic.... water comes verry slow in tap... manager charges extra and is adamant with rates... food charges are like a 5 star restaurant.... no helper for picking and lifting ur bags... u need to beg for keeping ur bags in room.. terrible experience.
