Very bad hotel. The rooms were no better than 500 rs lodge. They joined two beds with uneven mattresses Hotel was super dirty and washroom was all broken, and hotel staff was very very rude

we can wait alot for checkin ,after 12:40pm they alot is a room ,no view just dirty room ,smells alot very bad experience,never ever recommend anyone not even enemy ,service was not good ,they told us we don't have much worker to provide you ice cubes in room ,you can carry itself from reception ,feeling very bad

The room size is too small and interior not good even there is no any breakfast and canteen services

I am writing to register a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your property, which was highly disappointing due to multiple issues: 1. Front Office Behaviour 2. Room Facilities: • Room service/FB was not functional. • Washrooms and rooms were extremely dirty. • Only one small soap and one towel were provided per room despite two guests staying in each room. • Toilet flush was not working. • Room locks were faulty. • No foot mats provided. 3. Water Safety Concern: Drinking water was given in used bottles that were simply refilled — a serious hygiene and health risk. 4. Booking Issue: I had booked a package that included breakfast. However, there was no option for food provided at the property. The overall experience was far below basic hospitality standards, and the pending refund adds to the inconvenience. I request: • Immediate action on the staff behaviour and facility maintenance issues. • Confirmation of when the promised refund and compensation will be credited. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.

The location of the hotel is in bad place and in the hotel ground floor there is bar and bad smell and night time sound pollution Hotel rooms are terrific no neatness, worest experience

Worst experience ever worst service. No cleaning at all. I had visited with family and we had to adjust alot and could not change hotel just bcoz we paid already. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE

Room washroom flash was not working, beds were not clean and chairs were broken.

Staff treated me very well as a solo guest. Room was perfect for one person. Felt comfortable and welcome throughout.

I had booked this property but chose not to stay there due to the extremely poor maintenance. The condition of the room was unacceptable — dirty bedsheets, stained pillow covers, a grimy bathroom with lime-scaled tiles, and a filthy WC. It was nothing like the pictures Despite explaining everything in detail, denied my refund request. Their customer support was completely unhelpful, and the hotel staff outright refused any compensation. To make matters worse, I didn’t take any pictures — my only regret — but the state of the place was so bad that I had to walk away. I strongly urge others not to book this property, even if the rates seem attractive. there is no accountability from either the hotel or MMT.

There was no staff in the hotel except for the reception guy. Had to pick my luggage myself to the room. The rooms had no water supply, foul and extremely stinky odour from bathroom with dirty water stagnant in the buckets. Upon telling the reception guy, he ignored the complaint. After this, I checked out (within 10 minutes of checking in).
