Very bad. Refuse to give a room demanded and taken more 1600 rupees then only I got the room which was not clean. no service. ac leakage. no towels. Running the same property by three names. priority for couples for time booking

When I reached property in the night at 12.05 am they denied and said your room is not booked as we have no tie-up with o-premium now. I called customer care of o -premium and they said you are at wrong property, I will give you another property that is 3.5 km far away but some how finally hotel give the room. Room was terrible, bedsheet is teared and dirty, washroom dirty, water is dropping from water heater to potty seat. It's terrible
