worst room worst service all crockages in the room and the staff don't even listen and the worst part rooms don't have a landline phone all the way from 1 building to another the coustomer have to go and tell them

Very pathetic hotel experience ,very poor service, cockroaches were there in room , there were no facilities, even they don't provide soap for hand wash also. the towel they provided was stained

It was good experience, everything is good. No hidden charges , they should replace their blanket. I only disappoint with one problem that room have lot of cockroach

What a luxurious room excellent 👌and staff behaviour too good .there is everything available and like , restaurant, travel facilities, metro,and community garden . I saw and noticed there bed sheets change early morning and room cleaning and washroom clean on daily basis. Those thing describes on application all are available and provided on your demand.

The room was good but there was no towel to dry the body after bathing. There was no night bulb to use. I had to sleep in the room with light. Need to improve the condition and service as well.

Kundan plaza is good stay in it’s price range. Room service is good even they have tie up with good restaurant. House keeping is good. It’s worth to money. Will stay again. Boy in the main counter is good. Over all experience is good

All the facilities ranging from location, receiption, response, behaviour, accommodation etc are excellent. However, one mirror is missing in every bed room or living room.

Very good experience, all workers are very good, i came here with my father and he also likes to stay here

Room was dirty with bad smell in washroom. AC & TV was not working. Regular room cleaning was not available.
