The floor was not cleaned, frequent power cuts, taps in the washroom were very dirty, it felt like vomiting, and most importantly AC was not functioning. I spoke to the reception incharge he said it's like that only. The bed sheet dirty Yes, the stay at Hotel JKM palace was terrible. The washroom gate was not getting locked. The taps were very dirty, it was rusted and black in colour. The bedsheets were dirty. When I asked why the bedsheet is having stain mark then the staff said it's like that only. Even the main door was not getting lock properly. There were bugs and cockroaches in the room n bathroom. The fridge was rusted and was in unhygienic condition. Also, the mattress was not comfortable, it was hard. The most importantly the AC was not working. It was not cooling the room. Despite saying to fix the AC. The staff said it's like that only. And the worst part is that the staff said to give a good rating while I was checking out.. We are paying a good amount for a room but we get dirty and unhygienic room after booking.

Services are ok but the condition of room bed tables are worst. Cockroach are everywhere and termites are there on mattress and on chair. Condition of washroom is either not good
