worst experience in this hotel plz never visit this hotel as rooms are stinking and no mirror in room no remote for ac and ac sound is like hell we couldn't sleep whole night bcoz of ac sound

I’m facing soooo many problems here Cockroach every were in room TV is not working I booked for delux room queen bed but the room size is very small and the bed also . Environment is very unhygienic Smelling in the room . I have 2 kids one is 3 years and another is 5 years this place is not suitable for them. Even their is No co operative hotel staff bad behaviour No breakfast till I request them And i paid for them. I already requested to the hotel to refund my money so that I will change my hotel asap , but they denied, So KINDLY GRANT MY FULL REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you

The vintage aesthetics of the hotel rooms were excellent. Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious.

Very poor and smelly room. Very poor space in bathroom. Restaurant service is also extremely poor. No service staff they have. Don’t suggest to go anyone there. If they offer for free stay then also don’t go.

room main door lock not working. no bucket available at washroom. ac and light didn't work properly. i even check out with staying in night at the hotel. hotel staff was so arrogant.one of the moat terrible place i have visited since

Comfortable stay, rooms are neat and clean. And even the room size is also big. Owner and staff behaviour is amazing and they are very much cooperative. Definitely recommend for the stay. Its near by apollo hospital ( 1.8 km ). So it will be a great stay if someone want to stay near to Apollo

I stayed one night at this hotel and had the worst experience. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, and when I asked to change rooms, they refused. The washroom was also in poor condition. The lift wasn’t working properly—I got stuck in it for more than 10 minutes. My booking included breakfast, but when I asked for it at 8:00 AM, they said it wouldn't be available before 9:30 AM. If they can't provide breakfast as promised, they should refund the amount. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating stay.

Staff is very floppy, fan & AC not working well., service was very poor ..

Service is good, very good place to stay. I would suggest a people must try this place.

1. no proper cleaning 2. Complementary breakfast was not provided though it is part of package 3. no hot water was available 4. cockroaches were occupied in the room 5. no proper cleaning inside the room. 6. poor customer service

I was stayed for 3 days,I find this property on make my trip and I booked this hotel,personally I felt this is avarage hotel,no TV in room,no service,no water,Receptionist taken my phone and give five star rating to the hotel when I was coming to hotel,it’s avarage hotel
