Service was very good, receptionist was very nice and tended to all my needs. Room is also good and mostly clean but was smelling of cigarettes upon first entry. Bathroom is also clean and well kept. Food provided was decent, nothing special but certainly good enough.

I booked this hotel for a 3-day stay, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The photos on the listing showed rooms with balconies, but the actual rooms did not. The first room I was given had cockroaches everywhere. I reported it immediately. The manager told me they had already done pest control, but the problem continued without any real improvement. On the third day, I was moved to another room that was promised to be free of pests. That room also had cockroaches, which was frankly unacceptable. The food was mediocre. There is no in-house kitchen and the breakfast is sourced from somewhere outside, which reflects clearly in its quality. The manager’s attitude was remarkably curt and indifferent, which made the entire stay even worse. Overall, it was a experience.

I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. My stay was extremely disappointing for the price charged. The room was far below expectations and poorly maintained, with cockroaches crawling around, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. There was no breakfast buffet, only a couple of uninspiring, low-quality options—bread omelette or paratha—served in the room. Even basic amenities like a dental kit were missing, which is unacceptable for this price range. For the same amount, other hotels offer far better facilities, cleanliness, and service. Save your money and look elsewhere—this place is not worth it.

Old hotel,taps and accessories are rusty and old. for short stay it will be ok, longer stays not recommended
