I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. 1. The AC in my room was leaking water continuously, and despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved and my room was not changed. 2. The cleanliness of the room was also not up to the mark, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the basic standards of comfort and hygiene were not maintained. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your services for future guests.

Linen and towels are not fresh with hairs lying all over. Only one litre of water is complimentary and rest is chargeable. Curtains are not covering the large windows hampering privacy of your stay. I had to skip breakfast as well for this. As they couldn’t supply two pieces of bread and butter and a black tea in 25 mins. Asked for omlette which they couldn’t source from outside. Shameful stay indeed

You have mentioned that the linen and towels were not fresh , sir we only use fresh linen and towels infect when the Housekeeping staff give service even then they change to the day before useful linen n towels. 2) Very TRUE sir that we provide two 500 ml bottle of Bisleri which is complimentary. Rest is chargeable which is a standard service. 3)For Curtains they are very superior quality curtains , but may be they were not your taste. 4) Sir for breakfast we serve in rooms for the same please allow us to give you a quality. Where as per you it looks 25 mnts , our room service staff start calling by 7:30 am for the breakfast. Even then we will keep in our mind for your suggestions .
