Jaipur Hotel New- A Heritage Hotel

Check in denied by the hotel management. They said your booking is not accepted by the hotel please talk with makemytrip and cancel your bookings. Worst experience.

Rooms allotted thru make my trip were high priced. They allotted room in the corner which were dingy n very suffocating. Staff at the reception was very rude. Our luggage after checkout was dumped near the corridor corner. Our flight was delayed we requested for a little late checkout and he said he will not extend 5 extra minutes also

The room was too much noisy due to the ac vent of the room next to mine. I requested for a change of room for the next day inspite of sleeping for one night. But the manager refused to accept my demand.

Jaipur hotel is like a cooler in the desert. Surrounded by the busy market, yet in a small place they have created an ambience of haveli. Rooms are of medium size and the wash room is small yet has all the requisites.

Excellent location. Hotel staff are friendly. Walking distance for shopping. Some of the tourist spots are at walking distance

Nice hotel and very good polite staff. They don't even call and disturb you in the morning for checkout as other hotels do. Restaurant is good with quick service. I saw lot of foreigners also staying here. I personally want to thank the hotel management and the staff for their services. Thanks a lot. I do strongly recommend this hotel.

I have selected a deluxe room. Service was not that bad. Price (w/o breakfast) as compared to other similar rooms was a little overpriced. Property picture shows a roof top restaurant but its mainly for bar and if you want to have dinner without having drinks, they will ask you to sit on the ground floor restaurant while giving some stupid reasons.

First day experience was not good but from the next day they changed our room and experienced excellent hospitality

The hotel is located in the prime city both major marlets are close almost all the monuments are a 5 min tuktuk ride away the staff is humble and service is excellent the rooftop is also awesome

Location is average because it is in city center that's y parking major problem. Staff behaviour excellent. No breakfast included. Anyway all experience is good. Thank u.

Rooms are small, bathrooms are super small, they are charging that much only because it is nearby market, also it is located at a conjusted place. They should reduce the price.
